Tod Swank started Foundation in 1986 while pursuing a semi-successful professional career including whacky maneuvers like 540 to pivot in vert ramps. Foundation became a direct mirror of Swank's weird brain and has ever since represented a different and quirkier perspective on skateboarding. The Foundation team is presently Corey Duffel, Angel Ramirez, Dan Murphy and Sierra Fellers with ams like Abdias Rivera and Marquis Preston.
